We work with you to transform your home by simplifying and decluttering and then working to re-envision your space. The basic principles of Feng Shui influence our design process as we are not only transforming the design of the space but also reinvigorating the energy of your home or office.
Phase 1: Feng Shui Preparation (optional)
Step 1
Space Clearing
We will begin the project by performing an in-person or virtual space clearing, where we clear any stagnant or negative energy from your space. This is an important step as it will set the tone for the rest of the process.
Step 2
De-cluttering
After the space clearing, we will begin the process of getting rid of clutter and sorting through all the items you wish to keep. This includes tackling all hidden drawers, cabinets, and closets, where a lot of stagnant energy can be found.
Phase 2: E- Design
Step 1
Design Questionnaire
We will ask you to answer a 15 minute questionnaire which was designed to better understand your goals and aspirations for the room(s) we will be tackling. All our questions were crafted to extract relevant information we will need to begin the next phase of Design.
Step 2
Concept Design
We will provide 2 initial design concept boards based on your response to our design questionnaire. These concepts will be two different directions that will help us better understand what your preferred aesthetic and look you are more personally inclined to.
Step 3
Review
After sharing and discussing the 2 initial concepts, you will select your favorite and we will move forward to a final design. It is important that we discuss what you liked and what you want to change from the Selected Design direction.
Step 4
Final Design
After going through your comments and feedback on the Selected Concept, we will provide a Final Concept with 2 renderings of your space, a detailed floor plan, and a shopping list for you to shop. The shopping list will consist of an itemized list, including vendor, price, and designer discount that can be offered to our clients.
